Alta Senior Living Acquires Rose Arbor Village, Formerly Known as The Village at Heritage Park
BISWIRE/March 19, 2025 – Alta Senior Living has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Rose Arbor Village, a 2017-built, 162-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Sacramento, California formerly known as The Village at Heritage Park. Alta Senior Living acquired the community with joint venture partner, Brasa Capital Management. In October 2024, Alta Senior Living was engaged by the previous owner to rebrand and stabilize an underperforming operation by implementing best-in-class policies and procedures and a hands-on management approach. Seeing such great potential, Alta Senior Living was confident in strengthening its commitment to Rose Arbor Village’s success and executed a swift acquisition of the community alongside its capital partner, officially closing in February 2025.
