Greater Philadelphia Real Estate Hall of Fame to Induct Five Individuals for Exceptional Contributions to Region
Inaugural Inductee Ceremony Receives Overwhelming Support from Commercial Real Estate Community
BISWIRE/Sept. 10, 2024 — With a month to go before The Greater Philadelphia Real Estate Hall of Fame inducts its inaugural cohort of five distinguished individuals for their contributions to the region’s real estate landscape, the Philadelphia commercial real estate and business community of have embraced this event with an impressive amount of support.
Thanks to more than 37 corporate and individual sponsors and more than 250 registrations, the Greater Philadelphia Real Estate Hall of Fame has already raised more than $30,000 to benefit five charities selected by the inductees.
The honorees, celebrated for their professional achievements and unwavering commitment to the community, will be formally recognized at an event on Oct. 9, 2024, and at that time, the final amount that will be donated to these charities will be revealed.
The Greater Philadelphia Hall of Fame is an organization established to annually recognize exceptional professionals in commercial real estate. The inaugural group of inductees are legends in the industry, led distinguished careers that span decades, and have had a lasting impact. The inductees are:

Kevin Flynn Sr., founder of the Flynn Co., a Philadelphia real estate firm.

Fred Jaindl, founder of the Jaindl Land Co., an Allentown development company. Fred Jaindl will be inducted posthumously.

Bob Johnson, partner with Stevens & Johnson LLC, an Allentown law firm.

Charlie Walters, co-founder of the Pureland Group, a Logan Township, N.J., development company.

Joseph Zuritsky, Chairman of Parkway Corp., a Philadelphia parking and development company.
