Cartage Capital to Develop a Class-A Trailer Storage & Semi-Truck Parking Terminal in North Houston
BISWIRE/July 10, 2024 — Cartage Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm specializing in logistics real estate and industrial outdoor storage, today announced its acquisition of a 10-acre development site in North Houston. The property will be developed into a Class-A Trailer Storage & Semi-Truck Parking Terminal strategically located at junction of I-45N and Beltway 8 next to George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

The 10-acre semi-truck parking & trailer storage terminal will provide 240 parking spaces with all the security features required by the logistics and trucking industry as well as offer a driver lounge, office space, and maintenance bays for carriers looking to establish their base of operations near the Airport.
This project will be Cartage Capital’s second trailer storage & semi-truck parking facility after opening its first location in Corpus Christi, TX in 2023. The Company is working to open additional 18-wheeler parking and storage locations in Texas as it expands its services across the region.
