Core Industrial Realty has completed a 51,925 SF lease at 1456 Brewster Creek Blvd in Bartlett, IL on behalf of Perla Foods. The landlord was represented by Lee & Associates’ Jeffrey Janda and Brad Simousek. Perla will utilize the food production facility in Bartlett as an extension of their entrance to the U.S. market and recent purchase of 175,000 SF in North Aurora, IL. Brokers Noel S. Liston and Nick Krejci represented Perla Foods in this transaction.

490 Mills Road, Joliet, IL (20,500 SF)

Core Industrial Realty brokers Matthew Lee and Nick Krejci represented Illinois General Merchandise in their acquisition of a 20,500 SF building at 490 Mills Road in Joliet, Illinois. The seller was represented by Jim Higdon of White Clover Commercial.
