Dayton Street Partners executes long-term lease with Werner in Atlanta

BISWIRE/Aug. 6, 2024 — DSP is pleased to announce the execution of a long-term lease with Werner Enterprises at its newly completed 40-acre logistics center in Conley, Georgia. Located at 4390 Old McDonough Road, Werner LLC, one of the largest logistics and truckload carriers, serves the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This site will serve as a strategic fleet services facility for Werner.

This property encompasses two truck maintenance facilities over approximately 40 acres and features a warehouse totaling 73,396 sq. ft. DSP acquired this 40-acre IOS property in 2023 and immediately embarked on a multi-million-dollar renovation, transforming it into an institutional-quality asset. The property is conveniently situated within 1.5 miles of I-675, providing direct access to the Atlanta perimeter and offering easy access to I-75 and I-285, enhancing connectivity.
