Edgemark Acquires College Marketplace, a Whole Foods-Anchored Retail Center

BISWIRE/Dec. 23, 2024 — Edgemark is pleased to announce the acquisition of College Marketplace, a fully leased retail center anchored by Whole Foods Market, located at 3379-3425 North College Avenue in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This acquisition further underscores Edgemark’s commitment to investing in premier retail assets across the Midwest, Mountain and Southern California regions.

 College Marketplace features a strong tenant mix that includes national brands such as Chipotle, Great Clips, and Cava. Whole Foods serves as the anchor tenant.
