JRM Completes State-of-the-Art Transformation for Sono Bello's Surgical Facility in Roseland, NJ
BISWIRE/Sept. 24, 2024 — JRM Construction Management is delighted to announce the successful completion of an extensive transformation project for Sono Bello's cutting-edge surgical facility in Roseland, NJ. The project included a comprehensive interior demolition and a full-scale rebuild to create a modern and functional medical environment.
The revamped facility now features a well-organized layout including a welcoming reception area, a comfortable waiting room, a family room, a dedicated office for registered nurses, and a variety of specialized rooms such as consultation, exam, and procedure rooms. The design extends to include essential spaces like changing rooms, a checkout area, a doctor's office, open nurse stations, Venus rooms, restrooms, and a dedicated break room for staff.

JRM installed new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) fan coil units and two advanced rooftop condensing units to enhance the facility's functionality and comfort. Integrating a cutting-edge Building Automation System (BAS) ensures precise control over the HVAC system, maintaining optimal temperature and comfort throughout the facility.
Electrical upgrades were significant, including the installation of new lighting as specified by the client, the addition of three new panel boards, and the strategic relocation of another panel board. Comprehensive plumbing updates were also made across the facility, enhancing the functionality of bathrooms, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and decontamination areas.
