Mixed-Use In Villa Rica Purchased

BISWIRE/Oct. 30, 2023 — Embry Development Company LLC which is based in the metro Atlanta suburb of Suwanee has purchased a 230 acre mixed-use project in Villa Rica Ga. The project named Avemore will consist of 525 residential units, with a combination of multi-family/single-family/townhomes. There is 154.750 square feet of commercial/office/retail and 250 senior living/age-targeted units. Avemore has an array of open space, historic buildings and parks/greenways/bike paths to promote a "live well atmosphere". 

According to Mike Embry, "Our lending partner Issachar Capital Group LLC saw the vision of Villa Rica, Embry Development and the many others who have worked on this project. We are proud to be working with them on this project." Issachar Capital is based in Duluth Ga.

Vincent Embry stated, " There is a long-term strategy here for the city and all of this area in west Georgia, we look forward to working with everyone to get this project up and going." Erica Embry saw the growth in Atlanta and suburbs moving westward towards Villa Rica. "It was a natural progression you could see, this area needs a project of this size to keep up."

Avemore at completion will be a 400 hundred million-dollar project based on projected development and construction numbers.
