We have repositioned and renovated over 50 communities for publicly traded and privately held companies in states such as Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and Tennessee.
Our services include but are not limited to unit interiors, exterior paint, roofing, siding, amenity upgrades and new construction.
