As Co-President, Mahmood is responsible for co-managing Leggat McCall Properties and identifying new business opportunities. As a senior principal in the firm, he is a member of LMP’s Investment Committee and Executive Committee. During the past 30 years with Leggat McCall Properties, Mahmood has had an active role in more than $2 billion worth of investment and development activities. Prior to his current role, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the company and was responsible for LMP’s third-party, fee-for-services activities, which were in excess of 14 million square feet of real estate. Prior to that, Mahmood was the Senior Vice President of Leggat McCall Properties, directing the Company’s Mid‑Atlantic development activities from Washington, D.C. Mahmood is currently acting as a real estate advisor to several institutional owners, including Harvard University, Northeastern University, Tufts University and The First Church of Christ, Scientist on a wide range of strategic and transactional real estate matters. Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties in 1983, Mahmood worked in general contracting and civil/structural consulting in the Boston area.

Sue Hawkes served as the Senior Vice President for the Codman Company in Boston for 13 years before joining The Collaborative Companies as Partner and Managing Director in 1997, acquiring TCC and Velocity Marketing in 2008. The Collaborative Companies was acquired by Realogy/NRT in 2016. Ms. Hawkes is a recognized leader in the new construction industry and consults throughout the country. Active in the building industry, she served on the National Association of Home Builders Executive Committee (NAHB), as Chairman of the New England Builders Conference, and as Trustee of both the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) and the National Sales and Marketing Council, the latter of which she has chaired. Ms. Hawkes has also served as President of the Builders Association of Greater Boston. TCC has been involved in culminating over $7 billion in residential sales transactions and represents most of the region’s premier developers including: Samuels & Associates, National Development, New England Development, The Davis Companies, The Related Companies, Federal Realty, Boston Properties, Lendlease, Nordbloom, Corcoran Co and WS Development, among others. Her extensive construction background and diverse marketing expertise has made her insight invaluable to ground up developments, both urban and suburban mixed use. TCC has established itself as Greater Boston’s foremost leader in market research, design development and project positioning for Master Planned Communities under Ms. Hawkes’ tutelage. Ms. Hawkes was awarded the NAHB “Bill Molster Award” for industry excellence, the highest honor awarded by the NAHB. She was honored by her alma mater, St. Lawrence University, as recipient of the Alumnae Leadership Award and currently serves on the Board of Directors for both Cushing Academy and the Alfond Youth Center in Waterville, ME.

Prior to founding KIG Real Estate Advisors (“KIG”), Mr. Krebs has over 25-years of real estate investment and development experience ranging from institutional investment management at UBS and JP Morgan to opening and leading the vertically integrated private equity firm Normandy Real Estate Partners Boston office. KIG operates under two ventures, Strategic Land Ventures (www.strategiclandventures.com) and Washington Square Ventures (www.wsvllc.com), platforms that focus on residential development from land acquisition and permitting through vertical development. KIG has a strong track record of the successful re-zoning and permitting of its sites under special permit and Chapter 40b, creating significant land value prior to the vertical development of its projects. KIG currently has 580 units in 5 apartment projects under development throughout the Boston Metro, totaling over $225 million in total development cost. Prior to founding KIG, Mr. Krebs was a Partner at Normandy Real Estate Partners, responsible for opening and overseeing Normandy's Boston office. During his 10 years at Normandy, Krebs built a $2 billion dollar office and residential portfolio with notable projects including the foreclosure, repositioning, and sale of the John Hancock Building (now 200 Clarendon), the acquisition and repositioning 99 Summer Street in downtown Boston, assembling and permitting Center 128 in Needham, a 2 million square foot mixed project which included the development of Trip Advisors Global HQ, and the permitting, design and development of Troy Boston, a 378-unit residential project in Boston’s South End, co-developed with Gerding Edlen. Mr. Krebs began his career in New York holding positions with global investment management firms UBS and JP Morgan. While at JP Morgan, Mr. Krebs held the title of Senior Vice President and team leader, responsible for more than $4 billion in real estate investment and development on the East Coast. At UBS, Krebs was an Assistant Vice President, investing more than $500 million in equity into real estate for pension funds and foreign investors. Mr. Krebs is a graduate from Providence College and has a MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

Fred’s commitment to “design with community in mind” translates into his active engagement in numerous industry, cultural, and philanthropic organizations—where architects’ problem-solving abilities stand to make a real difference. A past chair of the Urban Land Institute, Fred is also a member of the Boston Society of Architects and NAIOP. Prior to joining Stantec, Fred was the long-time president of ADD Inc. There, his focus on diversifying markets and services created a well-balanced multidisciplinary practice, and his mentorship of young designers and mid-career professionals cultivated the next generation of design and management leaders.

Ronald M. Druker, President of the Druker Company is publicly known in Boston for the mixed-use developments he has created throughout the City such as Heritage on the Garden, The Colonnade Hotel and Residencies on Huntington Avenue and Atelier/505 in Boston’s South End. His allegiance to Boston is evident in the finely designed buildings he creates and the extraordinary efforts he expends in helping guide the design of Boston’s growth. Privately he is known for his commitment to the Boston community and the city’s arts and cultural life. The Druker Company, begun by Ron’s grandfather and recognized as a leader in downtown revitalization, remains one of the oldest and most respected real estate development firms in Boston. Today, Ron’s commitment to preserving the city’s history is largely responsible for the company’s continued reputation as a force in creating a livable and manageable city.

Jason Dunn is a Director in the Firm's Real Estate group and has a wide-ranging practice that encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate, with a focus on representing domestic and foreign institutional clients in equity and debt investments in North American real estate and infrastructure through funds, joint ventures, and REITs. Through his representation of tax-exempt and foreign investors, Jason has experience with tax and ERISA transaction structures. Other aspects of Jason’s commercial real estate practice include acquisitions and dispositions, occupancy and ground leases, sale-leasebacks, development and financing. Jason is Co-Chair of the firm's International Investors group. Representative Experience: Represented a foreign pension fund investor in connection with its joint venture and commingled fund investments in U.S. real estate, including: 50% investment in a joint venture to acquire market dominant malls throughout the United States. To-date, the joint venture has invested in centers having a gross asset value in excess of $4 billion. Anchor investment in a commingled fund with capital commitments of $500 million to $1 billion that is targeting a value-add investment strategy in real estate assets located in major markets of the United States, with an emphasis on commercial office. Represented a U.S. corporate pension fund investor in connection with its direct investments in all sectors of U.S. real estate, including: $50 million equity commitment to a $240 million (levered) multi-state retail acquisition program investment with a publicly-traded REIT. $30 million equity commitment to a $900 million (levered) acquisition and development program that targets rent-stabilized multi-family residential projects in New York City. Represented a real estate joint venture in the formation of a rollup joint venture consisting of approximately 3 million square feet of U.S. retail properties, and the sale of The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, Tennessee and The Gardens on El Paseo and El Paseo Village in Palm Desert, California to The Taubman Realty Group Limited Partnership for $560 million (consisting of assumed debt, UPREIT partnership units and installment notes). Represented a real estate joint venture in the formation of a joint venture to acquire and develop a portfolio of transportation-related cargo and warehouse distribution facilities at or near major airports throughout the U.S. The joint venture currently holds a portfolio of over 35 properties totaling over 10 million square feet. Represented a private secondary school in connection with the sale and partial lease-back of its campus in Northfield, Massachusetts (approximately 225 acres and 450,000 square feet of building area). Represented a golf course development company in connection with its development of the Liberty National Golf Club in Jersey City, NJ, including: land acquisition (assembly of parcels through contract with local redevelopment agency); joint venture with local developer; NJ brownfield redevelopment program; golf course membership documents; and JV recapitalization. Represented a private non-profit in connection with its joint development with Leggat McCall Properties of Waltham Woods Corporate Center in Waltham, Massachusetts, and its ground lease to Raytheon Company for the development of its world headquarters building.

Doug Poutasse is Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy at Bentall Kennedy, with overall responsibility for directing the Canadian and U.S. research teams. He serves on Bentall Kennedy’s Group Management Committee, and U.S. Executive and Investment Committees. Doug has over 30 years of experience as an economic analyst and forecaster. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy in 2010, Doug served as the Executive Director of The National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), and chaired the Real Estate Information Standards Board from 2007- 2010. Prior to his work at NCREIF, Doug was the Chief Investment Strategist for AEW Capital Management, where he chaired the Investment Policy Group, was a standing member of the Investment Committee and oversaw AEW Research, the firm’s in-house research group. Prior to joining AEW in 1991, Doug was with F.W. Dodge, where he managed real estate and construction forecasting, and with DRI/McGraw-Hill as Manager of Metropolitan Forecasting. Doug holds a BA from Harvard University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). In 2005, PREA awarded Doug the Graaskamp Award for his high- quality research in the area of institutional investment in real estate.
