| CBT Architect?s Alfred Wojciechowski, here with project manager Phil Casey, says that the newly announced AvalonBay apartment tower in the Theater District is designed for young professionals whose lives revolve around downtown. The 400-unit, 29-story high-rise at 45 Stuart St will have electric car charging stations and snowboard storage. The contemporary fa ade won't have a red brick or punched window in sight. AvalonBay started permitting last month and would be happy with a ?12 construction start. |
