Trinity Stuart principals Gary Saunders, Jordan Warshaw, and Jeffrey Saunders are in the early stages of planning what's likely to be a 33-story, 400k SF hotel and residential complex near Copley Square. They purchased the Back Bay site on Stuart Street for $22.6M from John Hancock Life Insurance in December, which includes a hotel and conference center. Nearby, Simon Property Group won City approval for a $500M renovation and expansion of Copley Place. |
