Big Sale for Bay Colony

| Boston Properties has agreed to purchase Bay Colony Corporate Center in Waltham for $185M, $41.4M in cash and $143.9M in debt. The seller of the 1M SF, four-building office park (above, Building 3) is slated to be Prudential Financial, one of several owners who have taken over the prime property since Broadway Partners relinquished it in July '09. |
