| We snapped Mass. real estate director, Peter O?Connor, chatting with Goulston & Storr?s Doug Husid and city planning director Kairos Shen at a recent reception at G&S offices in Rowe's Wharf. Peter is trying to jumpstart recession-stalled, mixed-use projects that will use state-owned air rights over highways in the Fenway and downtown. Doug handles the legal work for, among others, Samuels, which is developing Fenway Triangle, a new mixed-use neighborhood near the ballpark. With associates, he helped negotiate Samuels? land acquisition, permitting, financing, construction, and leasing for apartments and retail at 1330 Boylston St. |
