FHO: Planning for the Surge
April 26, 2010
Strong real estate fundamentals are all about job growth, so when CRE firms start bulking up, one can hope that good times are ahead. That's why we snapped Ashley Lane, new research director at FHO. Managing partner Joe Fallon has hired six new people since the beginning of the year, bringing his staff to 48. He says he's putting people ?in place in what we hope is the bottom of the market so we're ready ? when it gains steam. Also, it's a strategic move to increase share in certain submarkets for the firm that represents landlords and tenants in lease transactions. Ashley joins from CushWake Boston; earlier, she worked in DC for Spaulding & Slye Colliers and West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors. |
Jonathan Vacca must be new, too, because we can still see his desk. He signed on as an associate in FHO?s Suburban Corporate Advisory Group and will focus on the 128-South submarket. He previously worked at GVA Thompson Hennessey and graduated in ?06 from Colby College. |
