Greystar Shopping in Boston

Two years ago, Greystar didn't have assets in Boston. Since then, it's acquired 1,200 units in Framingham and Abington and is looking to buy more. (It must've found a restaurant it really likes.) Greystar senior director Doug Root tells us he likes Boston’s long-term fundamentals and barriers to entry, including rapidly increasing development costs.
