HG Cornerstone: New Broker on the Block

Regan Hartley, Joel Breuer, and Joann Gannaway-Breuer (above at Bisnow's Capital Markets Summit last week) represent a new beginning for Boston-based HG Cornerstone. The real estate advisory and construction consulting firm is launching a commercial brokerage service and plans to have five new faces onboard by year-end; Regan is the first. They're specializing in buying and selling multifamily assets with 20 to 150 units inside Route 495 and up through Southern New Hampshire. They have time to build their practice, because the multifamily boom isn't a short-term phenomenon, Joel says. It's on top of the real estate food chain; it's especially vibrant now but doesn't plummet during slow cycles.
