JLL BUILDING
April 11, 2011
We snapped JLL construction president Mark David on Thursday; he tells us with the market in recovery, corporate America is loosening up the purse strings for building. His team, which works in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region, is busy with interiors work on existing office buildings. Landlords in hot pursuit of tenants are sprucing up to boost their competitiveness. JLL is doing jobs for Motorola in New England, Long Island, and Chicago. For TIAA-CREF, it's upgrading 99 High St on the Greenway. Mark says there's a fair amount of life science work, much of it in New England like jobs for EMD Serono in Billerica and Rockland. |
