LEGAL EAGLES: RE STYLE
January 12, 2010
At a recent NAIOP meeting, we snapped Posternak Blankstein & Lund colleagues Frank Aronson and Kathryn Groothius Graber with former colleague Rob Schlein, now practicing real estate law at Prince Lobel. Frank negotiated the relocation of the Cambridge District Court to, of all places, Medford last year and just dried up a drainage issue there. Rob is drawing up leases for restaurants and seeking public funds to do feasibility studies to build new wind turbines. And Kathryn is negotiating leases for BJ?s Wholesale Club at sites she couldn't disclose. (Yes, we flashed a BJ's membership card. No, it didn't help.) |
