| We snapped Wilmer Hale?s Katharine Bachman and Krokidas Bluestein?s Kathryn Murphy deep in thought about the highlights of 2010 at NAIOP's annual meeting last week. Katharine says what stands out for her is working with Campanelli Cos on its portfolio acquisitions, including one $15.8M purchase through a Massachusetts Federal receiver. Kathryn?s been busy with New Markets Tax Credit deals and is now closing four of them, including three community health centers and the International Hostel near the Theater District. |
