MARKET DESIGNS
May 13, 2010
John Uzee and Krista Mueller run ADD Inc?s Branding Iron, which helps promote buildings to potential tenants. They tell us with fierce competition for renters, their phone is ringing more than ever. They're working with MIT to launch Six Ten Main St. in August. Soon after, they'll rebrand 185 Franklin St. as 50 Post Office Square to play off the building's unique Art Deco look and the park as a stand-out attraction. Earlier this week, they were in DC strategizing with JLL and Hines on various properties that could use tenants. John does concepts, Krista execution. John says as an architect who understands developers, tenants and builders, he has an insider?s insight for creating marketing strategies that will fill up buildings. (And by the looks of it, a really great color printer.) |
