| Goulston & Storrs' fast-growing New York office has added to its capital markets group Yaacov Gross, a specialist in equity REITs. The firm recently repped a $1B real estate JV with TIAA-CREF and CBL (including malls in Missouri, Kansas, Tennessee, and Texas). It's a breakthrough transaction for mall space, creating one of the first real-value assessments of mid-market malls(which have received vague and overly pessimistic analysis since the downturn).
