Boston Development Group's Michael Barowsky and Bergmeyer's Ira Baline. Mike is looking for opportunities to buy corporate and medical offices and some apartment buildings. Ira said the weakness in specialty retail has affected his firm since one of Bergmeyer's specialties is retail prototype design.
