| Retail has a pulse again, according to CBRE-Grossman Retail Advisor?s Jeremy Grossman, here with GVA Hennessey?s Larry Guilmette and Norel?s Tom Norton at Tuesday?s NAIOP breakfast. Jeremy, principal in a newly formed JV, says it's focusing on growing its core retail and landlord rep business as well as property and asset management. It was old home week for Larry, who worked with the Grossmans at Samuels & Associates where he spent 15 years as COO. Since February, Larry has been with GVA Thompson Hennessey developing an asset and property management business for office, retail, industrial, and multifamily throughout New England. As he puts it: "Providing a port in the pending storm." |
