You'll recall Ted was early to join the 1980?s effort to transform the Charlestown Navy Yard into a vibrant waterfront neighborhood of housing, retail, offices, and labs. Recently, he accepted an offer from a buyer for two Back Bay properties: 161 Commonwealth Ave, an underused parking lot, and 163 Commonwealth Ave, an existing brownstone. |
