| Simon Property Group unveiled a $500M expansion and renovation of upscale Copley Place, which is being managed by The Collaborative Partners CEO Jack Hobbs, associate Kristi Dowd, and CFO Donna Camiolo (trying to play a game of Strategoon that map). Simon, the nation's largest public retail real estate company, purchased the Back Bay mall in ?02. Now, it will build a new 47-story, 318-unit residential tower and 115k SF of additional retail. |
