We snapped CBT?s Kristi Sprinkel and Fay Spofford & Thorndike?s Matt Hawk at the Society of Professional Marketing Services gathering Wednesday at Legal?s rooftop bar on Liberty Wharf. Matt tells us that the engineers at FST are doing lots of public work, like interstate highway interchanges in Woburn and Canton. CBT Architects, meanwhile, has a hand in some of the more ambitious Boston projects being proposed: AvalonBay Communities? 404-unit apartment residential tower at 45 Stuart St and what might be 2.4M SF of new mixed-use at One Congress St. |
No one at the ?Back to Business? event seemed to mind that it marked the unofficial end of summer or that rain obscured the views of Boston Harbor. Bowdoin Construction's Christopher Keeley and Kerri Keane were happy to tell us that their company recently broke ground on three new dorms and expanded academic space at the Home for Little Wanderers in Walpole. Also, it recently completed a new campus center for the River School in Weston and a clubhouse for the Needham Golf Club. |
