| Jim links the Seaport?s appeal to the massive amount of new infrastructure delivered by the Big Dig, once a much-maligned project that's finally getting its due. He also points to substantial CRE investment led by Vertex? $900M HQ being built on Fan Pier, the nation's largest private construction project.
