Some of the larger projects that Chuck has been involved with include: Boston Properties’ new $173M Broad Institute building to be completed Q1 ’14; UMass Medica l’s $300M, 515k SF Albert Sherman Center facility to be completed Q4 ’12; and BioMed’s $326M, 1M SF Center for Life Science in the LMA, including a tenant fit out for Children’s Hospital. Chuck tells us that with BIM, Suffolk has cut design and build time to about 17 months from 25. | |
