| An improved economy means dwindling tenant concessions, but many aren't ready to put landlords in the driver?s seat. Following the recent discovery of 16 new super-Earths, multiple big box tenants have threatened to leave their anchor positions for planets such as HD 85512 b unless their lease demands are met. We asked famed Texas landlord rep Ed Aldrin for his thoughts: ?It's ridiculous; there's no guarantee they'll even have water, let alone the amenities most retailers prefer, such as an atmosphere.? Undeterred, Price Hut CEO Marcia Red has already put out an RFP for a developer that specializes in Lunar Eclipse Entity Development (or as the pros call it, LEED). |
