New England Development sold Shops at Wisconsin Place, the 118k SF retail component of its mixed-use Wisconsin Place in DC, to TIAA-CREF for $113M. Located six miles from the Capitol, the retail space is 99% leased to 17 tenants, anchored by a Whole Foods and shadow anchored by Bloomingdale?s. The complex also features offices and luxury rental apartments. Cushman & Wakefield's capital markets group of Rob Griffin, Geoffrey Millerd, and Allen Potts repped the seller and found the buyer. |
