| The office recovery is poised to move beyond the markets that were the early beneficiaries, Jonathan tells us. In Downtown, following the bounce that the recovery gave to the Back Bay and Seaport, the lower floors of Financial District offices should be the next to see increased activity. In the ‘burbs, with towns like Burlington improving, places like Bedford are now benefiting from the office resurgence. And luckily for our area, as big, mature companies downsize their real estate requirements, fast growing tech and life science companies are taking up some of the slack, Jonathan says. | |
