Abbey Group Still Reshaping Fenway

The Abbey Group kick-started the remarkable metamorphosis of the Fenway in 2000 with the renovation and repositioning of a Sears Roebuck Distribution Center, today’s 1.5M SF Landmark Center. Abbey’s latest Fenway project a few blocks away on Boylston Street, the 342-unit Viridan apartment building, reflects how hip and sophisticated the neighborhood has become, says SVP William Keravuori (above with leasing director Tina Bacci).
