Colliers Investment Sales Team Heading To CBRE New England
Boston’s game of brokerage musical chairs isn’t quite finished.
The six-person Colliers International Boston investment sales team led by Scott Dragos and Doug Jacoby has packed up and left for CBRE New England, CBRE announced Wednesday. Dragos and Jacoby will focus on investment sales in retail, industrial and office and will be joined by Anthony Hayes, Timothy Mulhall, Daniel Hines and Lyndsey Hmura.
The move comes after CBRE added a 48-person Transwestern RBJ team led by Steve Purpura, now a vice chairman, in February.
“We are thrilled to have Scott, Doug and their colleagues join CBRE/New England,” CBRE New England President and co-Managing Partner Andy Hoar said in a prepared statement. “Their market expertise, reputation within the industry and client-first work ethic is a perfect fit for us.”
The new team’s recent transactions include the $279.6M sale of 100 Cambridge St. in downtown Boston, the $81M sale of the former Boston Globe headquarters at 135 Morrissey Blvd. in Dorchester and the $60M sale of the 348K SF Belvoir Medical Portfolio in Providence.
