73 Olive St Subdivision
Developer: Jillson Co

The wetlands in this project are still awaiting approval by the Conservation Committee, but if it goes through, it will be a subdivision of four lots on more than five acres. The historical property will stay on the land.
The Residences at West Union

If approved, this parcel, formerly known as Green Meadow Farm, will become the Residences at West Union, a 140-unit development with 35 affordable units. The parcel's historic Valentine estate will remain on-site as a clubhouse.

This project is also in the early stages of review. If approved, it will consist of the final 13 buildings of the Village of the Americas, built in the same style as the previous 69 buildings of the first six phases. The buildings will hold 52 condos; the project could possibly include a bike path.
