Paying $24.5M, the buyer was New York-based Bridgeton Holdings.

King Street Properties has sold 200 CambridgePark Dr to a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing for $165.5M. The 221k SF building is occupied by six tenants and anchored by Celgene and Amgen.

Florida-based hospitality investment company Gencom has acquired the Ames Boston Hotel for $53.25M from New Jersey-based Normandy Real Estate Partners. Gencom is planning a $6M renovation of the 114-room luxury boutique hotel.

Anchor Line Partners has acquired three office buildings in the Prospect Hill Office Park from San Francisco-based DivcoWest Properties for $101M. The properties are at 100, 200 and 300 Fifth Ave and span a total of 480k SF. JLL repped the seller and secured the buyer in partnership with Northwood Investors.

Health Tech Company Withings is relocating its offices from the Cambridge Innovation Center in Kendall Square to 222 Third St. in Cambridge. Withings is HQ’d outside Paris, France and has an additional office in Hong Kong. The company required a larger space after growing its US operations and is planning a move-in date this February. Cresa repped Withings in the transaction while Colliers International represented the landlord, Transatlantic Management.
