NAI Hunneman has brokered a pair of leases for two companies that will be relocating to new digs.
The firm’s North Suburban Leasing Team has completed a 10k SF lease transaction with contact lens manufacturer Menicon America, which will be relocating to 76 Treble Cove Rd in Billerica. NAI’s South Leasing Team has executed a nearly 8k SF lease for Claris Vision at 175 Paramount Dr in Raynham.

Code Red Consultants has signed on to occupy the entire second floor at 154 Turnpike Rd in Southborough, also known as The Crossings at White Corner. SVN Parsons repped the tenant, while CBRE/New England repped building owner Capital Properties Group.

Sales
An affiliate of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America has purchased Lumiere, a 163-unit luxury apartment community in Medford. CBRE/New England repped seller MV Parkway Partners and procured the buyer for the deal.
Development
Foundation work has commenced on a 55-unit condo project from Minco Corp at 262 Monsignor O’Brien Hwy in East Cambridge. Nauset Construction has been tasked with constructing the 84k SF complex, which will offer one- and two-bedroom luxury units.

Ground has been broken on Trinity Financial’s $71M Boston East project, a boutique mid-rise residential community on the waterfront in East Boston.
This and That
Integrated Builders has completed the construction of a combined 32k SF Toyota and Ford dealership at 1 Main St in Greenfield. The Curtis Architectural Group was tasked with design for the $5.8M project, which replaced the existing Toyota and Ford dealerships on-site.
