ABOUT THE ASSET

66 Galen is LEED Gold certified to support a healthy and more sustainable environment. Developed by Davis alongside joint venture partner Boston Development Group, the building has a solid steel frame structure, glazed curtain wall facade, insulated window glass, terra cotta rain screen and metal panel, and it is made for durability while staying cost-effective. The purpose-built lab building has ample room with 14-plus-foot ceiling heights for tenant floors, 20-plus-foot heights for the first-floor retail lobby and a 22-foot height for the mechanical penthouse. As part of the broader commitment to sustainability and the neighborhood, 40% of the 66 Galen campus is dedicated to open green space.
