Chase Commercial Lending’s Carmen Panacoupolous and Doug Landry say the bank, which is eager to work with Boston-area multifamily developers and investors, is offering a promotional program that eliminates charges for some bank legal fees, recording fees, appraisal fees and offers a rate lock at application. Doug expects the multifamily market “to maintain strong performance metrics" this year and going foward.
