Partnerships Fuel Life Science
Collaboration has become the latest natural phenomenon in business, especially real estate, a topic we're sure to hear about at Bisnow’s 4th Annual Life Sciences Summit on April 29. (Register here.) In life science, there’s “hyper-collaboration,” says BioMed VP for leasing and development Bill Kane, who'll be speaking at our event. This week, BioMed closed on the $308M acquisition of a 1M SF, two-building life science portfolio near Yale University from Winnstanley Enterprises. One building is being built for Alexion, which recently partnered with Moderna Therapeutics, a BioMed tenant at 320 Bent St in East Cambridge. Life science companies thrive on collaboration, flexibility, capital efficiency, and working with trusted partners, he says.
