It’s Move-In Week At The Pru’s Newest Office Tower
The Prudential Center is finally welcoming its latest office tenant.
Natixis Global Asset Management moved this week into Boston Properties’ 888 Boylston. The anchor tenant moved in 450 employees Tuesday at the 17-story, 425K SF office building, Banker & Tradesman reports.
The company has previously stated it will employ 525 people at the new building and not keep its office at 399 Boylston. It will occupy 128K SF over five stories with the option to expand to a sixth.
The office building is part of a greater Prudential Center renovation that has brought in new retail and restaurant options. The mall’s original food court was replaced by a 45K SF Eataly, and retailers like Tesla and Under Armour Brand House have opened on 888 Boylston’s lower levels.
