At Bisnow’s 2014 State of Boston Office (May 29), panelist and ADD Inc prez Fred Kramer will unravel some factors leading to the new way to work. As the pace of business accelerates, even venerable old-line firms like State Street are reinventing themselves and their offices. ADD Inc designed the new 500k SF Channel Center building shell and core (above) in Fort Point Channel that the financial services firm will finish occupying in a few weeks.
