Harvard's Planning New Science And Engineering Complex
Harvard filed plans this week with the City of Boston to develop the John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The 496k SF science and engineering complex, which will be at 114 and 140 Western Ave, will be in the school's Allston campus. Harvard claims it will be "among the most cutting-edge teaching and research facilities in the country," according to the Boston Business Journal. The complex was originally approved in '07, then joined the long list of projects delayed by the recession; the current iteration is designed by Behnisch Architekten. [BBJ]
