| Let's hope our English is better than our Italian. Vapiano recently opened one of its signature casual fine dining restaurants at the South Tryon Square building uptown. Hundreds of guests milled through the 10k SF space, nibbling freshly baked pizza and watching as a chef crafted rotini before their eyes. |

Owners Lars and Verena Kruse welcomed those attending as if they were nestled in their own living room.
