| The first office building out of the ground is named in honor of Margaret Gragg Bissell, wife of company chairman and founder Smoky Bissell. ?A big ?thank you? to all of our workers—we cannot thank you enough for your hard work and dedication throughout this project,? Smoky told the crowd. Among those in attendance: District 7 City Councilman Warren Cooksey, Bissell's Ned Curran; LS3P?s Mike Tribble; Bissell's Clifton Coble; Margaret; Smoky; Rodgers Builders?
