CORTLAND'S FIRST PLAY
December 1, 2011
Last week, Cleveland-based Cortland Partners made its Charlotte debut with the purchase of two Charlotte apartments for more than $18M. Cortland picked up Cameron at Hickory Grove (above) and Delta Crossing in separate transactions. The buys equal 380 units and are garden-style communities near Uptown. The company hopes to do several more multifamily purchases in Charlotte next year, Cortland Partners' Brad Brown tells us. With the local buys, it now holds more than 7,600 units in its multifamily portfolio. |
