CT LANDS 750k SF PORTFOLIO

| Cassidy Turley is now leasing agent and property manager for 12 buildings in north Charlotte totaling 750k SF. The assignment ?demonstrates the breadth and depth of our platform," CT?s Steve Gassaway tells us. The properties include Harris Corners Corporate Park, Harris Ridge, NorthRidge Business Center, Northwoods Business Park, and NorthCross Business Campus. CT?s Eric Ridlehoover and John Wharton will handle leasing. The company's Chad Thompson will manage the property, and Andrew Laing will do project management. CT?s Rob Cochran, Eric, and Peg Bowden landed the portfolio. |
