California Self-Storage Hits Carolinas

What kind of property does the East Coast crave? Self-storage, according to California-based William Warren Group, which is beginning its quest for more market share in Florida and the Carolinas (South Carolina, for now). East Coast expansion is somethingwe'vebeen planning for, William Warren Group CEO Bill Hobin tells us. The companys first move came recently, when it added 23 storage properties in the two states to its operating platform. (We'll finally have a place to store all of the McDonald's Happy Meal toys we've collected since 1994.)
