He's teamed with ideaLaunch.com to put volumes of real estate how-to?s on the web. Topics will include leasing troubled properties, negotiating with landlords, and a scores of better ways to broker. Between sips of tea at the uptown Dean & DeLuca, John told us the info will be tagged to certain keywords and accessed for free through Google and other search engines.
