EVEN SMALL FISH MAKE THE TABLE

Scott Hensley says he?d like to catch bigger fish, but personally we find the smaller ones have more flavor. Scott (here with son,Chase) is a broker at Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International and just completed the $270k sale of 2.4 acres of industrial land in Concord. Wallace Industrial (industrial cleaning services) bought the site to allow for corporate growth. Owner Darrell Wallace tells us he selected the site for a new 5,000 SF building because it's near I-85 and NC Hwy 73. Scott repped the seller, and Sue Santerre of Revolution Racing repped Wallace Industrial. Financing was provided by Thad Walton with First Citizens Bank. |
